HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY OF ANT ESPORTS PRODUCT

If you want to claim your warranty for ant esports product . follow these steps

1, register an account acroma website.



2.raise a new claim, enter the details of the product and your email, attach your invoice, and serial number of the product 



3.describe you issue and specify what is defective

4. click claim. Now it will ask you to confirm your email address. Now open gmail and confirm it.

5.once confirmed use your email id and password to log in.

6. Now click on my claim here you can see the status of your warranty claim. Once they verify you. You get your RMA Number.

RMA number is a guarantee that this product is under warranty claim and you will get your product replaced or repaired.(Don't share this RMA number with anyone)

7. Wait for few days you will receive a mail confirming your warranty claim is accepted. Once accepted.  You are asked to send the product courier to a specific address. 

8. pack it enter your id on top and send the courier to the address

9.you will get your product to the mentioned address in your registration.
